The Value Builder was developed using a quantitative survey of business owners with between $50,000 and $100,000,000 in annual revenue. In addition, we completed a quantitative survey of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) professionals. Using various statistical techniques including a factor, regression and correlation analysis, we were able to create an algorithm that predicts the sellability of a company.
